ROCK AND METAL IN THE SMOKIES

The 2026 event continued The Mountain’s tradition as both a rock music festival and a metal festival in Tennessee. Established names, touring favorites, and emerging performers filled the Gatlinburg Convention Center with back-to-back music throughout the weekend.

Past editions of The Mountain have featured artists including Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Tesla, 38 Special, and Night Ranger. The 2026 lineup added another chapter to this history with three days of performances, collaborations, and fan experiences in the Smoky Mountains.

The Patio gave fans an outdoor space for stripped-down performances, karaoke, food, drinks, and time with other festival guests beneath the Smoky Mountains.
