2026 Festival Information
The Mountain Music Festival 2026 took place from August 21-23, 2026 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The three-day music festival brought classic rock, heavy metal, artist experiences, and special events to the Gatlinburg Convention Center.

2026 DOORS AND ENTRY TIMES
CONVENTION CENTER DOORS:
- Friday: 12:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM
All listed door times were approximate.
STAGE ENTRY
- VIP entry began approximately 30 minutes before the first performance.
- General Admission entry began approximately 15 minutes before the first performance.
After the Creekside and Mountain Stage doors opened each day, they remained accessible throughout the scheduled performances. The Summit Stage closed briefly before and after select Photo Experiences.
Seating and standing areas were available on a first-come, first-served basis.

VIP guests also received access to elevated viewing areas inside the Gatlinburg Convention Center.
2026 AGE POLICY
The Mountain Music Festival 2026 welcomed guests of all ages. Organizers advised parents to consider concert volume, late performance times, and the possibility of adult language or content before bringing young children.
Every attendee, including children, required a full-priced ticket. Alcohol service was restricted to guests aged 21 or older with valid identification.
The 2027 age policy will be published with the next festival information release.
WHAT GUESTS COULD BRING IN 2026
The following event policies applied during The Mountain Music Festival 2026:
- Bags were limited to 12 inches by 12 inches by 12 inches and remained subject to inspection before entry.
- Signs were not permitted.
- Fixed-lens photography was permitted. Professional cameras, detachable lenses, video recording, audio recording, and flash photography during concerts were prohibited.
- Smoking was prohibited indoors. Guests used designated outdoor smoking areas. The same restrictions applied to electronic cigarettes.
- Chairs, blankets, and shade equipment: These items were not permitted.
- Lockers were not available. Guests were advised to avoid bringing valuables.
- Outside food and beverages were prohibited.
- Trained service animals were permitted. Guests with accessibility questions were directed to info@themountainusa.com.
These policies applied only to the 2026 event. Updated 2027 event policies will replace this information after publication.
2026 ON-SITE ASSISTANCE
During the 2026 festival, the Box Office and Information Desk was located near the Main Entrance on the upper level of the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Festival and venue staff assisted guests with directions, schedules, accessibility questions, and general event information.
