2026 Stages & Venues

The Gatlinburg Convention Center hosted The Mountain Music Festival from August 21-23, 2026. Its indoor theaters, main arena, marketplace, and indoor-outdoor Patio became music festival venues for three days of rock, metal, artist experiences, and fan activities.

The Mountain, Creekside, Summit, and Patio stages each offered a different setting, from full-scale concerts to close acoustic performances.

MAIN ARENA: MOUNTAIN AND CREEKSIDE STAGES

The Main Arena combined two full-production stages in one shared concert space. The Mountain and Creekside Stages hosted major performances throughout the 2026 festival, supported by large video walls, professional sound, and concert lighting.

The main stage area included VIP access, standing room, and open General Admission seating. A nearby Beer Garden featured a relay video wall, allowing guests to follow the performances while meeting friends or taking a break between sets.

CREEKSIDE STAGE

The Creekside Stage brought fans close to the performers through high-energy sets inside the Main Arena.

MOUNTAIN STAGE

The Mountain Stage hosted major artists and full-scale performances throughout the three-day festival.

SUMMIT STAGE: INTIMATE PERFORMANCES

Located on the upper level of the Gatlinburg Convention Center, the Summit Stage offered a smaller setting for live music, Photo Experiences, and special events.

Its close layout created a direct connection between artists and fans. The Summit Stage balanced the larger productions in the Main Arena with intimate sets and personal festival moments.

THE ROCK N' ROLL MARKETPLACE

The Rock N’ Roll Marketplace brought vendors, merchandise, artwork, and festival activity together inside the Convention Center. Guests shopped for clothing, crafts, music, official festival merchandise, and artist gear between performances.

The Marketplace also served as a central gathering area where fans met, shopped, and spent time between scheduled events.

THE PATIO: ACOUSTIC MUSIC ABOVE THE PARKWAY

The Patio combined indoor comfort with an outdoor area overlooking the Gatlinburg Parkway. It offered a bar, gathering space, acoustic performances, and additional entertainment away from the larger indoor stages.

As the festival’s acoustic stage and social space, the Patio gave fans a place to hear stripped-down sets, enjoy food and drinks, and spend time with other guests.
