The Mountain Music Festival will go on sale to the General Public on Wednesday, December 10th at 12 PM ET.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PASSES/TICKETS I CAN PURCHASE?
Yes. VIP Top of the Mountain Passes are limited to 4 passes per order. All other passes are limited to 8 passes per order.
ARE THERE VIP OPTIONS?
Yes, the Top of the Mountain 3 Day VIP Pass is available for purchase; however, quantities are limited. For further details on these limited availability passes, CLICK HERE.
WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
Entrance to concerts on all stages, access to both the Rock N’ Roll Marketplace and Art Gallery, and any Photo Experiences. VIP inclusions are listed HERE.
ARE ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDED?
No. However we hope to have some special rates for those attending The Mountain. Once available, they can be found by CLICKING HERE.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL EVENTS I CAN BOOK?
Yes! A variety of Premium events will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Details to be announced in the weeks to come and VIP Ticket Holders will have the first opportunity to book.
CAN I ATTEND THE FESTIVAL IF I’M PREGNANT?
Yes, but we highly encourage pregnant attendees to discuss and get approval from their doctor.
ARE THERE ANY PAYMENT PLANS?
No. All balances are due upon purchase.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
All sales are non-refundable and final.
IF I CAN’T ATTEND, CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET(S) TO ANOTHER PARTY?
If you cannot attend the event, you may give your tickets to another party, although the name will not be able to be changed. However, there will be no requirement to have an I.D. that matches your ticket.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR ATTENDEES?
The Mountain is an all-ages show, but you are encouraged to leave young children at home. Should you choose to bring a child, a full priced ticket is required for the child. In addition, alcohol can only be consumed by guests 21 and older and guests will be subject to I.D. check. The Mountain and the Gatlinburg Convention Center are not responsible for any adult content children are exposed to while attending the festival.

What is the nearest airport to Gatlinburg Convention Center?
The closest airport to the Gatlinburg Convention Center is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, which is about 42 miles from the Convention Center (roughly a 70 minute drive). For more information or details on this airport, CLICK HERE.

What is the location of the Gatlinburg convention Center?
The Gatlinburg Convention Center is located at: 234 Historic Nature Trail Gatlinburg, TN 37738.
Does the Mountain have hotel blocks in the area?

What is there in the area for me to do before/after the festival days?
Gatlinburg is a fantastic tourist getaway with many restaurants, shops, hiking trails, as well as other fun activities in the area. We recommend coming in a day or two before or staying for a few days after for some R&R and to soak up some of the fun of this quaint city. For more information on things to do nearby, CLICK HERE.
What is the weather like in Gatlinburg?
The weather in Gatlinburg in August is very comfortable and ranges between an average low of 62 degrees and an average high of 85 degrees. Although most events are inside the Convention Center, we recommend planning for both indoor and outdoor temperatures.

Where is the nearest gas station?
The nearest gas station to Gatlinburg Convention Center is Marathon Gas located at 1141 Parkway (about 4 minutes away by car).
What is the parking situation at THE CONVENTION Center?
There are plenty of public and private paid parking lots in downtown Gatlinburg with some right next to the Convention Center, and the City has a paid lot on Reagan Drive close to the Convention Center! For additional parking information, CLICK HERE.
Will there be shuttles available To and from the venue to hotels?
There are no shuttles provided by The Mountain. We recommend looking at Lyft, Uber and Taxis in the area for transfer to and from the venue and your rooming accommodations. In addition, Gatlinburg offers a Trolley System that may be useful throughout your stay.
Is ride sharing in the area?
YES! Gatlinburg has both Uber and Lyft, although can be limited at times. For fare estimates and price calculators, we recommend using Up Hail.
Are there taxis available in the area?

How do I get to the Gatlinburg Convention Center?
Many lodging properties are close enough to allow a short walk to the Convention Center. For those staying further away, we recommend calling for a taxi or ride share to the venue. In addition, Gatlinburg offers a free Trolley System that may be useful throughout your stay.
General festival questions
Is there seating for the concerts?
There will be both standing and limited seating for concerts, however, both are open seating and on a first-come, first-served basis.
How many shows will each artist play?
Most artists will perform only once. When the schedule has been posted you will be able to find the start times of events closer to our festival date by CLICKING HERE.
IS THERE FOOD AT THE VENUE?
The Gatlinburg Convention Center offers concessions ranging from coffee, nachos, popcorn, sandwiches, hot dogs, and more. In addition, there are many food options available in the nearby restaurants.
How can I pay for items I want to purchase during the Mountain?
We suggest bringing a combination of both cash and credit cards to the event.
Will alcohol be available for purchase during the festival?
Yes! Beer and hard seltzers will be available for purchase at the festival.
Are there in and out privileges?
Absolutely! All guests will receive a wristband and will be allowed to come and go as they please.
What kind of security will you have for the event?
Event security will be provided and all attendees must adhere to the Festival Etiquette outlined HERE.
Are there flushable toilets and sinks at the venue?
Heck yes! The Gatlinburg Convention Center has restrooms available for guests during the festival.
Are there medical tents available, if needed?
We will have EMTs on the premises. Be on the lookout for signage within the venue.

WHAT CAN I BRING?
What sized backpack/purse can I bring?
All bags must be a maximum 12″ x 12″ x 12″ and are subject to search prior to entry.
Can I make signs and bring them?
No. Please refrain from bringing any signage into the venue.
What kind of camera do you allow? What are the photography/video policies?
Photography with a fixed camera lens is permitted, however, professional cameras (video or still) or cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted. Out of respect for the performers, please refrain from flash photography during ALL Concerts. In addition, any and all videotaping or audio recording is prohibited. Thank you for your cooperation.
Can I smoke in the venue?
In Compliance with the State of Tennessee Statues; Smoking is prohibited in all indoor public facilities. Smoking areas are designated outside the building, usually near the entrances.
Are e-cigs allowed?
E-cigs will follow the same rules and guidelines as listed in the smoking policy above.
Can I bring shade pop-ups or umbrellas?
No. However, most shows and events will be inside the air-conditioned event center and therefore, these items will not be needed.
Can I bring chairs and/or blankets?
No. However, most shows and events will be inside the air-conditioned event center, with seating options available and therefore, these items will not be needed.
Will there be lockers?
No. There will not be lockers at the venue. We highly recommend that guests refrain from bringing valuable items to the festival. The Mountain and/or the Gatlinburg Convention Center is liable for any lost and/or stolen items.
Can I bring food and/or drinks into the venue?
No food, drink, or alcohol beverages are allowed to be brought into the Center.
Are pets allowed?
Animals are not permitted at the Event, except for properly trained service animals. Attendees are responsible for contacting The Mountain via email at: info@themountainusa.com before arrival to arrange and provide proper documentation for this. In addition, the attendee is responsible for all cleanup associated.
