In the heart of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, the Gatlinburg Convention Center is walkable to hotels, shops, and restaurants. It is the home base for this Tennessee music festival and the perfect launching point for exploring Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

CONVENTION CENTER DOORS:

  • Friday: 12:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM

Note: All door times are approximate.

STAGE DOORS:

  • VIP: approximately 30 minutes before the first performance
  • General Admission: approximately 15 minutes before the first performance

Once the doors open for the day for the Creekside and Mountain Stages, they will remain open. Summit remains open until just before and just after Photo Experiences. Guests may come and go; seating and standing room are first-come, first-served.

VIP guests also enjoy elevated viewing from the VIP areas within the Gatlinburg Convention Center. This Tennessee music festival is fully indoors and air-conditioned.

AGE POLICY

All ages are welcome, though families are encouraged to leave very young children at home. Every attendee, including children, requires a full-priced ticket. Alcohol service is strictly 21+ with I.D. checks. The Mountain and the Gatlinburg Convention Center are not responsible for adult content a child may encounter during festival dates.

WHAT TO BRING: EVENT POLICIES

  • Bags: All bags must be a maximum 12″ x 12″ x 12″ and are subject to search prior to entry.
  • Signs: Not permitted.
  • Cameras: Fixed-lens photography allowed. No professional cameras, no detachable lenses, no video or audio recording, and no flash during concerts.
  • Smoking: Prohibited indoors under State of Tennessee statutes; use designated outdoor areas. E-cigs follow the same rules.
  • Shade/Chairs/Blankets: Not permitted. Most shows are indoors with seating options.
  • Lockers: Not available. Please avoid bringing valuables.
  • Outside Food/Drink: Not permitted.
  • Animals: Only properly trained service animals are allowed.
