STAGE ACCESS
VIP Guests: Doors to the Creekside/Mountain Stages and the Summit Stage open about 30 minutes before the first performance.
General Admission: Doors open roughly 15 minutes before the first performance for each stage.
Once opened, the Creekside and Mountain Stages remain accessible throughout the day. The Summit Stage opens and closes around scheduled Photo Experiences.

VIP TICKET HOLDERS
VIP guests will enjoy exclusive check-in perks, including early wristband pickup, VIP Goody Bag, and access to private lounges overlooking the Creekside and Mountain stages. The VIP lounges offer downtime away from the crowd while still catching all the action on stage. VIP credentials are required for entry.
GENERAL ADMISSION & OTHER TICKET HOLDERS
All Single Day and 3 Day ticket holders, as well as Will Call and day-of purchasers, used the Main Entrance. After ticket scanning, guests received wristbands granting in-and-out privileges for the day(s) purchased.
Exact entry times, wristband policies, and check-in instructions for 2026 will be announced closer to the event. Stay tuned for official updates to plan your arrival.
ACCESSIBILITY & ON-SITE HELP
Designated ADA areas are available in both VIP and General Admission, with access served by elevators. If you need assistance, visit the Box Office/Information Desk at the Main Entrance; staff from The Mountain and the Convention Center can help. EMTs are on site during the event. Follow venue signage if medical support is needed.

PARKING & GETTING AROUND
Downtown Gatlinburg offers numerous public and private paid lots, including a City lot on Reagan Drive near the Convention Center. Many lodging options are close enough to walk; otherwise, use rideshare, taxi, or the local trolley service (note last pick-up times).
WHAT TO BRING: POLICIES & PACKING LIST
Use these planning tips to streamline your packing list and entry:
- Bags: Please avoid large backpacks. Any bag brought in may be subject to search at entry.
- Food & Drink: No outside food, drink, or alcohol may be brought inside. Concessions and bars are available throughout the venue.
- Photography: Fixed-lens cameras are permitted. No detachable lenses, no professional photo/video gear, no flash during concerts, and no audio/video recording.
- Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and e-cigs are prohibited indoors under Tennessee law; use designated outdoor areas only.
- Illegal Substances: Zero-tolerance policy for possession, use, or distribution of illegal controlled substances; violators are subject to removal and referral to local law enforcement.


WEATHER PREPARATION
August in Gatlinburg runs between 62° and 85°F. While the festival itself rocks indoors in air-conditioned comfort, you’ll want to dress for warm days when exploring town. Comfortable shoes, a light layer for the evening, and a small clear bag will keep you ready for both inside and outside.
